CONSULTING

Goal Wing Consultants provide three different types of consulting: Teamwork Coaching, Personal Coaching, and Excel Automation Consulting. We offer these services to help our customers complete their Goal Wing XL implementation to reach one or more goals - measured by improved work methods, higher output, and lower costs.

Teamwork Coaching

Good teamwork needs individuals to achieve specific goals as well as align their own work with other events and results that occur in a coordinated schedule which is sequential or simultaneous.

Our teamwork coaching helps team leaders and managers improve existing methods and discover new methods to improve work tasks and coordinating tasks. Work plans need to align team goals, resources, and team members' roles so that teams use (and develop) team experts, inter-dependencies, and communication skills so each person feels they are needed and important. Team leaders can also help each individual define rewarding personal goals that can be achieved alongside their work results and team roles.

Goal Wing Consultants can conduct an analysis of your team's goals and work performances to discover inefficiencies and behaviors that hinder work rates and team development. We produce a summary recommendation for your team and suggest what some team members can do to improve team achievement and develop rewarding team relationships.

Personal Coaching

We also support individuals who want one-on-one assistance to define their Goal Wing XL goals or long-term accountability to goals within their Goal Wing XL software.

While we encourage individuals to find one or more accountability partners within their own circle of friends, we can coach you if you prefer our expertise and objectivity.

Excel Automation Consulting

Goalwing XL includes .NET programs to securely manipulate the data in the Excel workbook. If a customer wants to customize Goalwing XL, we offer software coding services to alter Goalwing XL code to solve unique needs.

We do not offer other programming services, although we can consult on Excel automation projects which customers are developing with their team members.
