TRAINING EVENTS
Goal Wing Consultants provides three training events that apply to Goal Wing XL users; Introduction, Experienced Users, and Excel Training for Goal Wing XL. We will soon deliver non-software trainings that analyze common problems and associated behaviors. We believe some of our Goal Wing Consulting ideas and methods can help individuals make better decisions and select actions that minimize these problems to improve their situations and their community.

Introduction To Goal Wing XL Software (45 minutes or 3 hours)

This training shows customers how to use Goal Wing XL. The presentation starts with a high level analysis of why Goal Wing XL software is valuable. We demonstrate core features of Goal Wing XL. If we can, we will tailor the Values, Goals and Action examples to the specific audience; such as managers, students or artists.
The 4 hour training is for new customer groups. The 45 minute training is for seminars or public events.

Common Problem A, B, C or Z With Excellent Solutions (30 - 60 min)

This training event examines one problem that a specific group needs to address: teenagers and school achievement, family priorities vs work priorities, employees and team achievement, and more. We discuss common behaviors and motives that cause problems and identify optional behaviors and possible goals.
Later this spring, Goal Wing Consultants will create a web page listing all our common problem topics.

Goal Wing XL Training For Experienced Users (3 hours)

This training shows customers more advanced Goal Wing XL features that we do not discuss within the introduction To Goal Wing XL Software training. Goal Wing XL can store all the data that is important to you: your plans, your priorities, and your recent actions. You can use that information to convey ideas to others to create new relationships or help yourself align multiple plans to accomplish difficult objectives.

Excel Training for Goal Wing XL Users (3 hours)

This training demonstrates how moderate level Excel features and methods can be applied to Goal Wing XL data. Customers learn how to create and modify Goal Wing XL reports, charts and pivot tables. Users will learn about Goal Wing XL formulas that can be changed to make Goal Wing XL work the way a user wants. We discuss how our formulas work and which changes users should avoid because they may cause problems.
